THE ROLE

As the newly appointed CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for devising strategy with the Digital Director and managing a CRM Coordinator.

Day-to-Day

  • Lead CRM initiatives across key markets to build localised communication funnels for new and existing customers.
  • Develop annual strategic actions to support YoY growth goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Build personalised campaigns using customer segmentation and lifecycle data.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through targeted email, SMS, and app communications.
  • Implement test-and-learn strategies for CRM channels to optimise performance.
  • Develop and scale loyalty programs and retention strategies for long-term customer engagement.
  • Analyse customer data and KPIs to generate actionable insights for CRM, EDM and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams on customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing CRM team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Fashion background preferred BUT will consider any closely related industries
  • Pureplay, Ecommerce or Marketplace business background preferred
  • 5 + years CRM experience (MUST be at CRM Manager level)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating and empowering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimising resources for maximum outcomes.
  • Expertise in brand development, awareness, and positioning.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Emarys experience highly desirable, Klaviyo etc also considered

SALARY

$140K-$160K base (depending on experience) + Super + bonus
