The Role

As Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of a small team of 3. Main responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails & webchat.
  • Processing high-volume bulk online orders.
  • Handling complaints & problems that arise.
  • Multi-tasking between multiple systems.
  • Order tracking & status updates.
  • Adhering to policies, KPI's and SLAs.
  • Location: Wetherill Park, 2164 (on-site parking available)
  • Hours: 8am-4:30pm
  • Salary: $59,000-$65,000 + super

Experience

  • Experience multitasking & using multiple systems at once.
  • High attention to detail & strong organisationsal skills.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
