About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive the online growth and digital strategy for this dynamic and fast-paced business. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the eCommerce platforms, driving sales and conversion, and enhancing the online customer experience to build a strong direct-to-consumer presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective eCommerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the website, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze sales and performance data, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for new business development and growth in the B2C market.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce management role, preferably within the retail, accessories, skincare, fashion or homewares industries.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a solid understanding of ROI and profitability
  • Understanding of customer life cycle and email marketing principles * Familiarity with web design
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with different audiences, including IT web developers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on driving growth and improving customer experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
