We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join a global women's e-commerce fashion brand. This role involves designing and developing new styles in line with their creative vision while keeping the customers' needs in mind. You will be responsible for creating quarterly collections, designing unique styles, and contributing to a trend-driven, customer-centric fashion approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Product Development (85%)
Develop designs that align with marketing strategies and business goals.
Research trends and market narratives to create mood boards and designs.
Design 15-20 exclusive styles per quarter RTW, swimwear and exclusive styles.
Collaborate with the Buyer and Product Manager to finalise range lines, ensuring designs are on-brand.
Produce detailed technical specifications and communicate closely with the product team.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Conduct visual and quality control checks on samples prior to production.
Attend fittings, events, and exhibitions for inspiration and market awareness.
Ensure designs meet customer needs and business objectives.
Collaboration & Teamwork (15%)
Work with the Product, Creative, and Buying teams to ensure smooth collaboration from design to production.
Contribute to weekly reports on trends and product development.
Maintain an organised, collaborative workspace and support a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Essential
A degree in Fashion Design, Buying, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in fashion design or development.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
Strong understanding of garment construction and product development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and trend forecasting ability.
Desirable
Experience in swimwear design.
Knowledge of garment sampling and technical specifications.
Experience in fast fashion is a plus.
