They are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic and innovative team, helping to bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for innovating and executing creative packaging concepts in collaboration with the Product team, ensuring alignment with product strategies, budget targets, and timelines.
Collaborate with the Product team to conceptualise and deliver innovative packaging designs.
Conduct research to support design decisions and overcome challenges.
Lead packaging design projects from brainstorming to final production artwork.
Present designs confidently to colleagues and stakeholders.
Stay updated on design trends and share insights with the team.
Ensure timely delivery of all creative work in line with critical path deadlines.
Manage weekly updates with the Product team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Oversee the creative briefing process and ensure adherence to company policies.
Maintain accuracy in documentation and artwork administration.
Communicate with suppliers regarding artwork-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manage holiday schedules effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in Retail or FMCG.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects from concept to completion.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
