THE ROLE
With a focus on business development, sales leadership, and strategy as well as some field team execution; this will be an immersive and exciting role that will suit an experienced wholesale sales leader with strong drive and the ability to mentor a team of direct and indirect reports.
Day-to-day:
Lead wholesale sales function with a focus on driving sales and business development.
Manage direct and indirect reports across various sales and customer service teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies for regional managers in APAC, USA, and Europe.
Drive business development efforts for new domestic and global accounts.
Work closely with account managers to optimise existing accounts (stock rotation, sales, etc.).
Support and guide the team with monthly sales plans and reporting.
Collaborate with executives on long-term strategy execution.
Mentor and support account managers, fostering sales growth and team development.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve underperforming brands, adjusting strategies as needed.
Oversee global sales numbers and ensure alignment with international market trends.

ABOUT YOU
4+ years of fashion wholesale fashion / fashion accessories sales leadership experience at national level or above
Strong strategic approach and capable of analytical interpretation
Solid leadership and mentorship experience with sales managers and field teams
Proven ability to drive new business efforts and work with the Executive team
Previous experience of working with domestic and (preferably) global teams
Ability to work on sales budgets and forecasts
An empathetic and inspiring approach, with the capability to guide change
Willingness to hustle and execute with the field team when required
A modern approach and fresh ways of approaching the role
SALARY
Competitive base remuneration (based on experience) + Super + achievable bonus with uncapped potential
