About the Role:
Seeking a Junior Buyer who can relate to and wear the product, immersing themselves within the brand, understanding the current trends with a big interest in pop culture. The Junior Buyer will be working closely with the business founder, who will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing seasonal ranges for the online store.
Responsibilities:
Commercial eye with a real understanding of current trends and what's selling by scoping out socials for emerging fashion trends
Creating the quarterly buying strategy by analysing and forecasting consumer buying patterns
Competitor pricing
Negotiate with suppliers on terms of contract
Assortment planning
Product development
Experience:
Proven experience in buying and product development, specifically within womenswear
Fast fashion experience highly regarded
Strong ability to blend buying strategies with creative product development
Proficient in supplier collaboration and market trend analysis
