The NSW State Supervisor role is a hands-on role, where every day is different, but the one thing you'll be guaranteed is that you'll be surrounded by toys, day in and day out.

We're like an automated retail company, but for toys and merchandise! And we're looking for a State Supervisor to manage NSW operations.

As the State Supervisor, you'll spend your time between the office, the warehouse and out on the road visiting clients and maintaining company equipment.

You'll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and resources to succeed and keep business running smoothly. You'll also be hands on, working within the team to demonstrate and role model expectations.

Industry specific training will be provided. Team management and operational experience is essential.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and managing a small team
  • Engaging and training new team members
  • Elevating the team, role modelling best practice and building a positive team culture

  • Running the warehouse (receiving stock, preparing runs)
  • Installing and repairing machines as required (full training will be provided)
  • Identifying opportunities for new machine locations
  • Reporting, auditing and general administration

  • Experience as a supervisor, coaching and leading a team
  • Computer literate
