We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a team of 3-4 team members in Paddington!

This high-performance sportswear brand known for its advanced technology and premium activewear designed to support athletes in achieving their peak performance. The brand specialises in compression wear, as well as a wide range of sports apparel including running, cycling, and training gear.

What's on offer:

• Salary: $60k - $70k + super
• Bonus: Up to $400/month + sales incentives
• Uniform Allowance: $2,000 worth of product + generous discounts
• Flexible hours: Tuesday-Saturday, Open to full-time or part-time with flexible hours
• Location: Paddington, Sydney

What we're looking for:

• Experience: Retail management background (Manager or Assistant Manager level)
• Passion for sport: A genuine interest in sports and activewear
• Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage a team, with experience in rostering and people management
