The Role
As a multi-store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 store locations, travelling between stores, providing leadership, support, and guidance to store teams to ensure that they meet company goals, maintain high standards, and operate efficiently. Responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor your team to reach their KPIs and personal goals.
Drive profitability through sales, the interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture with regular feedback and coaching.
Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and on boarding new team members.
Empower your team to identify and reduce risks proactively.
Location: Multiple stores
Salary: $88,000 package + uncapped commission

Experience
Managerial experience within a retail multi-product, fast-paced store.
Proven track record in driving sales growth, leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Skilled in setting, monitoring, and achieving KPIs while motivating teams to reach their goals.
