About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding business presence in Victoria. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and managing key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their sales career while contributing to the expansion of an innovative and rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Victoria
Conduct warm and cold calls to generate new business leads and meetings
Build new relationships and nurture existing client relationships with salons
Attend relevant trade shows and industry events
Provide training on our retail product range to customers
Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on all customer requests
Regularly report on sales activities, forecast sales, and analyse customer product usage
Coordinate customer orders, inventory, merchandising, and promotions
