THE ROLE

Working directly with the Marketing Director, you'll drive integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand strategy across a full suite of channels. You'll be at the heart of a purpose-led business that values big ideas and bold execution.

  • Lead the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Own go-to-market strategies for new products, categories, and partnerships
  • Develop and refine positioning, segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for flawless campaign rollout
  • Analyse consumer insights and industry trends to shape strategic direction
  • Partner with digital teams to enhance acquisition and retention
  • Brief and oversee creative development across media formats
  • Manage campaign performance, analytics, and budget oversight

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 8+ years in marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or consumer goods
  • Proven track record in building and executing integrated marketing strategies
  • Strong experience with campaign planning, creative briefing, and agency management
  • Skilled in data analysis, performance tracking, and budget ownership
  • Confident stakeholder manager with top-tier communication skills
  • Comfortable working across both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Highly commercial and results-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building
