THE ROLE

This newly created leadership position reports to the Head of Finance and works closely with the senior leadership team across marketing, design, production and ecommerce. You'll be responsible for leading operations across logistics, warehousing, systems, and process management, while supporting strategy execution globally.

  • Manage day-to-day logistics, 3PL, freight and warehousing operations

  • Drive operational performance across ecommerce, wholesale, and production

  • Establish and monitor company-wide critical paths, systems and process maps

  • Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and margin protection

  • Lead vendor management, sourcing support and contract negotiations

  • Align departments to deliver key projects and seasonal collections

  • Champion system improvements across ERP, Shopify and internal platforms

  • Lead and support a growing operations and production team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience leading operations in fashion, apparel, or premium consumer goods

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics, warehousing, 3PL and cost control

  • Experience with critical path management and system implementation

  • Strategic thinker with strong process improvement skills

  • Comfortable liaising with international vendors and suppliers (e.g. China, US)

  • Strong leadership and people management capability

  • Commercial mindset with ability to analyse and forecast costs, budgets and margins

  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused with a collaborative style

SALARY

$120K-$150K + Super + Bonus
