THE ROLE
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice, adding your own unique input and influence. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a Receptionist and handling front desk services, including patient welcome, billing, and query resolution.
Working with an on site nurse and supporting 2-3 doctors.
Administering practice management software and maintaining patient information systems.
Ensuring the proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and managing security and facility services.
Overseeing financial activities, including invoice approvals and reporting.
Building positive relationships with doctors and managing their schedules and room allocations.
Supporting patient care and managing staff performance and training.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ year's experience in a similar role, as a Senior Medical Receptionist or a Practice Manager.
Strong organisational and customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and medical software (Best Practice preferred).
Preferred but not essential: Certificate IV in Practice Management, Frontline Management, Business Administration, or similar qualifications
