This is an exceptional career opportunity for a highly motivated retail professional who is passionate about the retail sector and has high standards in terms of customer service, retail metrics, developing strategic partner relationships, and delivering inspirational team leadership. Reporting to the APAC regional office, you will work closely with the global leadership team to develop and deliver the multi-year plan and then lead and support your team of field managers across 90 stores, delivering maximum sales and profitability while enhancing the in-store customer experience, and driving strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Building a collaborative culture that strives for excellence through empowered accountability and monitoring retail KPIs - Team engagement, Team retention, Net Promoter Score, Revenue, Margin, and Cost of Doing business are also key components. Your background includes a successful track record of delivering exceptional results within a major omnichannel retail business with direct P & L responsibility. Understanding operating costs, capex, ROI, and portfolio transformation is paramount. A background in areas such as DDS, Liquor, category killers, pharmaceutical/beauty, travel, apparel, and fashion accessories, including optical could all be ideal. Other qualities sought include:
