The Role
Based in Alexandria, this luxury brand is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to focus on operational efficiency, international shipping, and managing the delivery process for key wholesale accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the monthly dispatch of all local and international orders.
Manage the sales order process, resolving issues like price mismatches, and coordinate with the warehouse and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Issue tracking numbers weekly to sales agents/customers and handle manual invoicing.
Manage shipping approvals for overseas orders, handle SSCC labels for major customers, and oversee online customer portals such as VEX, Moda Operandi, and Urban Group.
Ensure timely delivery of stock to major accounts and track and resolve stock disappearances or delivery issues.
Salary: $80,000 + super - Alexandria based position
Experience
Ideally at least 3+ years in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
Proven experience in managing wholesale operations, order processing, inventory management, and maintaining strong relationships with major accounts
Ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams including warehouse, accounts, sales agents
Experience in reporting, especially in sales figures, delivery performance, and order status updates
High attention to detail and accuracy
Hands-on experience with EDI systems and sales order processes (e.g., working with AP21, SSCC labels, and managing complex order workflows)
